About Me
Are you struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal relationships, marriage, parenting or major life changes?
There comes a time when we need some help from a certified professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist in the Santa Clarita Valley, and I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Since opening the doors of my practice, I have provided clients with a wide range of psychological services. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.

Currently, in private practice, I provide therapy services to individuals and couples, using a variety of modalities including, solution-focused therapy, Gottman couples counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and more. I integrate mindfulness practices into my sessions when appropriate and helpful. I also facilitate court appointed groups for parenting, anger management and domestic violence perpetrators.

Previously, I worked as a school based therapist for the William S. Hart Union High School District and at the PUC Schools. I have counseled kids from ages 5 to 18, on a variety of issues including school refusal, anxiety, bullying, ADHD, self-esteem, depression and more.
