About Me

Are you struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal relationships, marriage, parenting or major life changes?

There comes a time when we need some help from a certified professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges. I’m an associate marriage and family therapist in the Santa Clarita Valley, and I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Since opening the doors of my practice, I have provided clients with a wide range of psychological services. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.

Currently, in private practice, I provide therapy services to individuals, couples and families, using a variety of modalities including, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and more. I also facilitate groups for two DCFS parenting classes, one court appointed anger management class and one domestic violence batterers' intervention group.

I also currently work as a school based therapist for the William S. Hart Union High School District and previously worked as a school therapist at the PUC Schools. I have counseled kids from ages 5 to 18, on a variety of issues including school refusal, anxiety, bullying, ADHD, self-esteem, depression and more.
